Между листами металлочерепицы в местах перехлеста во время дождя может возникнуть капиллярный эффект – когда вода просачивается, поднимаясь между плотно прижатыми листами выше уровня стока воды. Для предотвращения протечек, на всех листах металлочерепицы делают капиллярную канавку, которая обеспечивает свободный сток попавшей под лист воды.
Способ монтажа
- Для всех видов кровли из металлочерепицы необходимо использование гидроизоляционного материала. Гидроизоляция крепится брусками контррейки вдоль стропил. Контррейка создаёт зазор для вентиляции пространства между металлочерепицей и гидроизоляцией. Листы металлочерепицы монтируются на разреженную обрешетку. Шаг между первой и второй обрешетиной составляет 300 мм, последующие – 350 мм. Перед возведением стропильной системы доски и бруски обрабатываются антисептическим и противопожарным составами.
- При монтаже металлочерепицы можно двигаться как слева направо, так и справа налево. При монтаже слева направо следующий лист надо подсовывать под ранее закрепленный на скате. При монтаже справа налево следующий лист надо накладывать на ранее
- закрепленный на скате. Главным критерием выбора направления является удобство монтажа. Начинают со стороны, где нет скосов, срезов, необходимости обреза листа, и укладывают в сторону примыкания другого ската, т.е. к косому коньку или ендовой между скатами.
- Какой бы сложной ни была геометрия ската, листы выравнивают строго горизонтально по линии карниза, со свесом 50 мм за карниз.
- Лист крепится в прогиб волны в местах прилегания к обрешетке. К начальной обрешетине нижние листы крепятся над ступенькой через волну, к остальным обрешетинам листы крепятся как можно ближе к ступеньке снизу. Между собой листы крепятся в каждый ряд ниже линии штамповки в любое место «сектора» от гребня волны до наружного края верхнего листа. По площади ската саморезы закручиваются с равномерной «разбивкой» по скату. Средний расход кровельных саморезов – 7-8 шт. на кв.м без учета доборных элементов.
